The guild has raised 125,000 shillings from a car wash fundraising drive. This is in a bid to help

students complete their tuition.
The event that took place from 29th to 30 th June saw guild officials wash a total of 8 cars including that of the vice chancellor.
The initiative, according to the information minister did not meet the expected target due to the hidden nature of the venue. It was held in the washing bay that is just below Nsibambi Hall.
He nevertheless thanked the people who brought their vehicles for washing saying it was going to help save students from registering dead semesters.
