Any old school passer-by at Nkoyoyo Hall on Friday 16th July could have thought that there was secular music being played, yet this was not the case.
It was the Christian reggae night. Unlike the usual gospel songs where people sing when then they are humble and meek, these were different. The performers and the audience alike were jumping to the beat of the music.
Different gospel songs were brought out in reggae versions. The Lord’s Prayer was for example sung this way. The crowd of the night was a comfortable. All in all, it was well attended.
