Gentlemen?

Gentlemen are rare.
In fact many ladies who keep flashing the two maliciously combined words will confess that the idea came from one of those television soaps.
Now they want us to pretend to be a certain Edwardo or Antonio who pulled a chair for one Barbarita.
Honestly, the whole business is just a hard paper. I mean how do you expect this son of Africa, who has been taught since childhood that men are just superior by default, to assume gentlemanly attributes?
That all you do is sit there like the proverbial village chief, swinging your legs and whistling away, picking your nose in peace.
Mind you I am not complaining, if anything I am just listing the comforts that come with it.
Now you know why it is difficult to all of a sudden change into this well groomed son of the soil, starring in movie you didn’t even write.
Other worldviews take it too far: These days eating with hands is no longer classy, even with just one cutlery-a fork.
That the fork must go with a knife. So you find yourself killing the food while you eat (forgive my manners but my niece will swear that the use of a knife is for killing).
And then we now have chop sticks:
Now these no matter how many times I try, there is no learning.
I have simply given up and put my fate into God’s hands.
In conclusion therefore, whoever is spoiling the women, please stop.
And all the men not born gentle and are now being forced to be otherwise say aye!
