Rev. Dr. Wilberforce Kamukama, UCU director of Kampala campus, has called on Christians to cling to God, as it is the secret to success.
The man of God was teaching during the Community Hour of 8 September.
Citing Joshua 1: 5, Kamukama said the same assurance God gave Moses and Joshua that he would be with them till the end, is extended to all Christians.
He pointed out that human beings inevitably go through challenges that are scary and worrying.
“The presence of God will give you the courage to face them whether academic, financial or social,” said Kamukama.
“But be careful to play your part because it is one thing for God to promise his presence and another for us to take action based on it,” he added.
Kamukama also told Christians that the presence of God is a distinct mark between Christians and non-Christians.
