It is therefore paramount that you, take up this opportunity that is being provided by the Department of Development and External Relations (DER) to learn how to prepare. Starting soon, the DER department will offer Career Guidance services free of charge to students at the former PR office near Financial Aid every Tuesday and Thursday between 2 and 4 Pm. This is as a means of extending these services to those that need them the most. Some of the services that are offered by the department include techniques in writing CVs, application letters, presentations and work etiquette among other things. It is important to pass exams and posses the right documents but it is also necessary to bear in mind that the right qualifications alone are not enough to get you that dream job. Take the opportunity to get the out of class help that is vital in catapulting you beyond your wildest dreams and the beauty about all this is that is free. |
