For continuing students, welcome back to campus, for the freshmen, we wish to warmly welcome you to UCU and hope that you will make the most of your limited stay here.

While at campus, it is imperative to note that your being at UCU is a much coveted opportunity, you should consider yourself lucky to be here.
Many will come your way offering one thing or another, it will be upon you to make choices, choose wisely because the choices you make today greatly impact on your tomorrow and at the end of it all it is worthless to spend three or more years here and still fail to graduate. 
Follow the rules of society do not drink and smoke in the halls or on campus and remember many more will come after you, give this noble campus a just cause to remember you.
Study hard, make your parents proud of you and remember to be good.
Endeavour to attend all official functions of the university, and please attend the freshers orientation as well, you will never know how important it is to you until you have to graduate.
